The next three levels house the fully enclosed and secure residents garaging (two car parks per apartment) and storerooms as well as on site visitor parking and carwash down bays. By the utilization of louvered side walls the 3 carpark levels are designed to be naturally ventilated. This alleviates the need for mechanical ventilation which is expensive to install and from a body corporate perspective expensive to run.

On level three is the residents workshop - "every man needs a shed" - fitted out with work benches, appropriate bench tools and space for residents to secure a small tool cabinet.

Residents individual lock-up storerooms are located on the car park levels. The storerooms are built of painted concrete block work for security and with a breeze block at the top to allow ventilation. Lighting is in most instances shared between storerooms and on timer switches to minimize body corporate power consumption.
