With access off Gardiner Street will be the grand off-street residential porte cochere and a stunning air-conditioned residential reception foyer. A separate and secure loading dock is provided to facilitate the delivery and pick up of residents furniture and the collection of building refuse. Furniture can be brought in and removed from this separate set down area and not clog up the reception and lift area.
