Living Rooms & Balconies

in Darwin's finest central city high-rise apartments

admiring viewsLiving rooms are spacious and comfortably fit a six seat dining table and a six seat lounge arrangement and still feel open and un-cluttered.

The over size balconies, in the main, have glass balustrading, set at a height of 1.2 metres to provide a feeling of comfort. The exception is Type A and D apartments on Levels 6 to 15 and Type B and C apartments on Levels 6 to 10 which have powder coated aluminum railing balustrading, balcony also set at a height of 1.2 metres. This again is to provide a change in form to the architectural appearance to the exterior of the building.

Balconies are large enough to accommodate an eight seat dining setting, sun lounges and barbeques. A practical design feature is a raised concrete hob and internal drainage to allow hosing down, but not over the edge which is annoying to lower residents and a maintenance issue. Standard fittings include a power point, a television point, a reticulated gas point for barbeques – (a 3 burner stainless steel livingroombench mounted barbeque is a standard inclusion in the prestige finish) – and not only a water tap but a “Slinky” 18 metre retractable coiled hose with a 6 pattern trigger spray. Balconies are privacy screened from other balconies on the same level.

Imagine the whispering sea breezes in your face as you enjoy the magnificent city and harbour views.
