There are two distinctly different floor plans for the designer homes – Type A (and mirror image D) and Type B (and mirror image C). Types A and D have a separate study as a standard design feature, whereas with Types B and C a separate study is an optional choice.

To create a building of distinction the form of Evolution on Gardiner changes as it rises. This change to form is achieved by a number of architectural methods including changing the shape of the balconies to Type A and D apartments. The balcony shape and space changes on different levels with floor areas ranging from a substantial 36 square metres to 49 square metres. The internal living space of 168 square metres and the entry courtyard space of 7.8 metres of Type A and D are constant throughout Levels 6 to 30.

The total floor areas of Type A and D apartments on Levels 6 to 10 andLevels 16 to 20 is 211.8 squaremetres, on Levels 12 to 15 and Levels 22 to 25is 213.2 squaremetres, on Levels 26 to 30is 224.8 square metres , and on Levels 11and 21is 216.9 square metres.

The floor areas of Type B and Care the same from Levels 6 to 30– internal living space is 166.7 square metres, entry courtyard space is 9.3 square metres and balcony space is 45.7 square metres for a total of 221.7 square metres.
